We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag; therefore, we offer a 28-day return period for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke or embossed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the satchel in its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it remains unscratched during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
